    Featuring a modern and sleek design the Single Channel Louvolite Remote Control is a wireless 1 channel remote control. Perfect for those looking to control either one blind only or one group of blinds but only at the same time.

    Featuring impulse control (one press on the button) this lightweight remote is easy to use and programme and is powered by a built in USB-C rechargeable battery.

    Compatible with our one touch blinds this remote can be used with any roller blind, day and night blind, double roller or no drill blind from our shop.

    You can control up to 15 blinds with one remote, however they will all go up and down together. In order to control multiple blinds individually we recommend using a multi-channel charger.

    Had a great experience with Order Blinds. I ordered 3 large blackout thermal blinds. All of them arrived much sooner than the expected dispatch. The quality of the blinds themselves was really good, they felt thick and premium. I did have an issue with one of the 3 blinds that had a small mark on the back. I got in touch with customer service and had a great experience there too. Domi was great and without issue they sent a replacement free of charge. Replacement was all good. Overall very happy customer and a great experience with customer service too. I will be coming back to Order Blinds for future purchases.

Our customer service team has contacted you by email to understand the issue in more detail and help resolve it. From the photo you shared, it looks like the blind fits correctly at the top. If your concern relates to the drop length, we do include an additional 30cm of fabric to ensure it can fully wrap around the roller tube, when the blind has been lowered the drop ordered.     Replacement slats are lovely material and just the right opaqueness I required. The only snag was with the top hook inserts were a different size to my original blinds and I could not use my original tops as the new ones won’t come out. They are fixed in far too tightly so we were unable to remove them and had to snap a piece out of everyone of the 30 top fixings. So a warning to others when ordering replacements doublecheck your top fixings as I had no idea there were different ones.
