    The Louvolite One Touch Home Hub has been created to allow you to control your blinds with your voice. It can be integrated with Amazon Alexa, Google Home & Control 4 systems.

    You can create scenes within the application and create the perfect amount of light control for your requirements and even link your new scene to Siri on your IOS phone.

    You can connect up to 15 blinds on each group within the hub and you can create up to 40 groups so if needed you can create a scene for every eventuality if you need.

    The Louvolite Home Hub is not compatible with previous Louvolite motor models. Only motor ranges released from 2025 onwards are compatible. All of our Louvolite motors are the 1100 Series (R2110-DC) model, which is fully compatible with this hub.

    Had a great experience with Order Blinds. I ordered 3 large blackout thermal blinds. All of them arrived much sooner than the expected dispatch. The quality of the blinds themselves was really good, they felt thick and premium. I did have an issue with one of the 3 blinds that had a small mark on the back. I got in touch with customer service and had a great experience there too. Domi was great and without issue they sent a replacement free of charge. Replacement was all good. Overall very happy customer and a great experience with customer service too. I will be coming back to Order Blinds for future purchases.

Our customer service team has contacted you by email to understand the issue in more detail and help resolve it. From the photo you shared, it looks like the blind fits correctly at the top. If your concern relates to the drop length, we do include an additional 30cm of fabric to ensure it can fully wrap around the roller tube, when the blind has been lowered the drop ordered. As it’s a chain-operated blind, you can also stop it at any point to achieve your desired drop. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
