Service Update - We're taking orders as normal but delivery lead times have been extended to realistic timescales. If stock issues occur we will be in touch as quickly as possible to notify you of an issue. We're doing all we can to protect our customers and staff.
If you aren’t in when DHL do try to deliver they will try again the following day. If you aren’t in on two occasions they will hold the order for a week at their depot and wait for you to get in touch with them to re-arrange delivery for a day when you will be in.
If DHL have not heard from you after a week then the goods will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you to re-arrange the delivery.
