Orders are delivered by our premium delivery partner DHL and will require a signature to confirm they have been received. This is a next day delivery service to most locations, however the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are a two day service.
When your order leaves our factory you will be emailed a despatch notification that includes the tracking information for your order. If you have provided a mobile phone number you will also receive a text message on the morning of the delivery letting you know an approximate one hour window for when they expect to be with you.
If you know that you aren’t going to be in you can follow use the tracking link to arrange for the parcel to be delivered on another day, be left somewhere safe or to be left with a neighbour.
If you aren’t in when DHL do try to deliver they will try again the following day. If you aren’t in on two occasions they will hold the order for a week at their depot and wait for you to get in touch with them to re-arrange delivery for a day when you will be in.
If DHL have not heard from you after a week then the goods will be returned to us and we will get in touch with you to re-arrange the delivery.
