Had a great experience with Order Blinds. I ordered 3 large blackout thermal blinds. All of them arrived much sooner than the expected dispatch. The quality of the blinds themselves was really good, they felt thick and premium. I did have an issue with one of the 3 blinds that had a small mark on the back. I got in touch with customer service and had a great experience there too. Domi was great and without issue they sent a replacement free of charge. Replacement was all good. Overall very happy customer and a great experience with customer service too. I will be coming back to Order Blinds for future purchases.

If your concern relates to the drop length, we do include an additional 30cm of fabric to ensure it can fully wrap around the roller tube, when the blind has been lowered the drop ordered.
